Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how DeliverOS uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on the web app.
Last updated: May 7, 2026
1. What this policy covers
In this policy, we use the term "cookies" broadly to include browser cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies that store or access information on your device.
DeliverOS is operated by EEP TECH DELIVERY, a sole trader business trading as DeliverOS.
2. Why we use these technologies
We use them to:
- keep you signed in or remember session choices;
- help protect accounts and maintain service security;
- remember app preferences and interface state;
- support maps, address lookup, and related functionality;
- understand and improve service performance where we lawfully use measurement tools.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary technologies. These are required for core service operation, such as authentication, session handling, security, and basic app functionality.
Preference technologies. These remember choices such as interface preferences, layout state, and saved browser-side settings.
Functional third-party technologies. Some features, such as maps or address search, may rely on third-party providers that use their own cookies or similar technologies when those features are loaded.
Analytics or marketing technologies. We do not currently rely on advertising cookies in the present web app implementation. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required by law before activating them.
4. Current DeliverOS examples
Based on the current web implementation, DeliverOS uses device storage for:
- sign-in persistence and refresh-session handling, including remember-me behavior;
- security-related session coordination between browser tabs;
- persisted application state and user preferences, such as layout or filter settings;
- map and address-related features that may call third-party mapping services.
5. Consent and controls
Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will ask for that consent before using them.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through in-product cookie preferences. Blocking or deleting strictly necessary technologies may prevent the web app from working properly.
6. Third-party providers
Some third-party services used by DeliverOS, such as mapping or payment providers, may place their own cookies or similar technologies when their tools are loaded. Their use of those technologies is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
